All items are packed in bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes.

It usually takes 2-14 days for the shipment to arrive, the exact delivery time varies based on your location. All packets are shipped via Slovenian Post, all international packets are shipped as registered letters and have a tracking number. Please note, since the start of pandemic some shipping times have become unreliable, so it may take longer for the parcel to reach you if you live outside of EU.

Additional insurance is possible (up to 100 EUR), please contact us first about the prices.

Prices for shipments are based on weight, please check the table below (please note, the packaging itself has some weight, which is why weight limits are reduced accordingly already- i.e. 80g of bricks + packaging fits into the first category - 100g).
